Get licenses for your organization
The process for purchasing licenses is consistent across all Easy products, ensuring a straightforward and unified experience. This means that there are no product-specific differences when it comes to acquiring licenses. Whether you're using Easy Call Report, Easy Directory or any future offering.
As such, the following instructions are designed to be universally applicable. You can rely on this guide to walk you through each step of the license purchasing process, regardless of which Easy product you're working with.
Navigate to the product selection on the TwinCap First website
Select your Easy product

Scroll down to the model selection

Select the desired model and currency

Determine the number of licenses you wish to purchase and click "Proceed To Checkout"

Enter your e-mail address and click on "Next"

Enter your account details and click "Next"

Enter your billing address

Select your payment details

Enter your subscription details (optional) and click on "Next"

Check all your details. You have to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to finish the purchasing process

You have successfully finished the purchasing process and you'll be immediately be forwarded to the installation wizard
You will receive a welcome e-mail where you can start the installation wizard later if you need to contact your IT first. In this welcome e-mail you will also find the link to the installation instructions
